YOUR STORYISN'T OVER

For Utah teens and young adults facing trauma, addiction, and adversity — with a particular focus on youth aging out of foster care — we walk alongside them while they rebuild. Not handouts. Real tools. Real mentors. Real community.

WHYWE EXIST

Utah has thousands of young people aging out of foster care, battling addiction, and rebuilding after trauma — with no map and no one walking beside them. Every year in Utah, hundreds of youth age out of the foster care system with no family, no plan, and no support. The Comeback Kid Project was built to be that presence. We show up. We don't leave. And we give youth the tools, mentors, and community they need to write the next chapter.

Our founder, Michael Walker, knows what it's like to fight back from rock bottom. He battled addiction as a young man and built his own comeback — and then built the organization he wished existed when he needed it most.

Our three core values drive everything we do:

Integrity — We are who we say we are, regardless of who is around.
Accountability — We keep our commitments. We take responsibility for our results.
Service — Healing comes through lifting others.
